Nelson Measure-up Day
Tech volunteer Geoff measuring Hunter. We already know a fair bit about each child's needs before measure-up day, but there's nothing like sitting our recipient in the car to determine where the headrest and harnesses should go, and whether the theory of each adaptation will work in practice.
As this was one of our first recipients we also had therapist Mindy Silva on hand. Afterwards there's a two-week gap for the cars to be adapted, before handover.
